Before you book

Tell us the number of rooms, the floor you are on at both ends, and whether either building has a working lift. Those three facts move a quote more than distance does. For office moves, tell us whether the IT equipment is being handled by your own team.

Timing

Weekend moves book out first, particularly at month end. A weekday move is usually cheaper and always faster, because you are not competing for the lift or the gate.
